1 General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between 77fn ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "Member"). These Terms apply to the 77fn website, mobile application and all associated services.

1.1 Definitions

• Account: Your personal user account created by registering on the platform.
• Services: All online gaming, betting and related services provided by 77fn.
• Bonus: Any promotional offer, cashback or reward provided by the platform.
• Wagering Requirement: The obligation to place a specified amount in bets before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Deposit and Withdrawal: The process of adding funds to and removing funds from your account.

1.2 Changes to Terms

77fn reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Notice of significant changes will be provided on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes means you have accepted the updated Terms.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Restriction

Only individuals aged 21 or older may register on 77fn and use the services. We may request identity documents at any time to verify age. Providing a false age will result in immediate account closure and deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Each user may create only one account. Operating multiple accounts from the same person, household, device or IP address is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will result in all accounts being closed and any bonuses or winnings being forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. 77fn reserves the right to suspend or close an account at any time if false information is found. It is your responsibility to notify us immediately via live chat if your information changes.

2.4 Account Security

Keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential is entirely your responsibility. Notify 77fn immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

3.1 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

3.2 Payment Methods

77fn currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. Payment methods are subject to change; please check the payment page on the platform for the latest information.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, this time may increase due to verification processes or banking delays. Account verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed.

3.4 Payment Verification

To prevent fraudulent activity, 77fn reserves the right to carry out additional verification on any deposit or withdrawal. You are required to cooperate if questions are raised about the source of deposited funds. Accounts may be temporarily suspended in the case of unusual transactions.

3.5 Currency

All transactions on 77fn are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in other currencies are not available.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. To receive this bonus, the first deposit must be made immediately after registration.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x). This means funds won from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until you have wagered 15 times the bonus amount. The full amount of bets placed using bonus funds counts toward this requirement.

4.3 VIP Cashback Bonus

Members of the 77fn VIP program receive weekly cashback bonuses. Cashback rates by VIP level are as follows:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

4.4 Bonus Abuse

Any abuse of the bonus system — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, unusual betting patterns or coordinated betting — is strictly prohibited. If abuse is detected, all bonuses and funds earned will be forfeited and the account will be closed.

4.5 Bonus Expiry

Each bonus has a specific validity period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the allotted time, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.

5 Betting Rules

5.1 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits apply to each game or event. These limits are clearly stated on each game's page. 77fn reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

5.2 Cancellations and Changes

Bets that have been confirmed generally cannot be cancelled. However, 77fn reserves the right to cancel a bet in the event of a technical error or incorrect event information. In such cases, the original stake will be refunded.

5.3 Technical Issues

If a game or bet is left incomplete due to a server outage, loss of internet connection or other technical issue, the result will be determined based on the available data. In uncertain cases, the bet will be cancelled and the original stake returned.

5.4 Suspicious Activity

If 77fn suspects involvement in match fixing, the use of bots, coordinated strategic betting or any other fraudulent activity, the account may be suspended pending completion of an investigation.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77fn platform:

• Money laundering or conducting transactions using illegally obtained funds.
• Fraud, hacking, phishing or any other cybercriminal activity.
• Playing games using automated bots, scripts or third-party software.
• Interfering with or exploiting vulnerabilities in the platform's systems or game software.
• Using another user's account or identity.
• Using funds on the platform that are connected to terrorism, drug trafficking or any other illegal activity.
• Any activity that damages the reputation or security of 77fn.

If any such activity is detected, the account will be immediately closed, all funds will be forfeited and legal action will be taken if necessary.

7 Account Closure and Suspension

7.1 Closure at User Request

You may request to close your account at any time via live chat. All pending withdrawals will be settled before the account is closed. Any remaining bonus funds will be cancelled if the wagering requirement has not been met.

7.2 Suspension or Closure by 77fn

77fn reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account due to a breach of these Terms, suspicious activity or the need for an investigation. Transactions cannot be carried out during a suspension period.

8 Privacy and Data Protection

9 Intellectual Property and Content

Game software and related content are subject to the intellectual property rights of the respective game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, etc.).

10 Limitation of Liability

77fn is not liable for any direct or indirect financial loss arising from use of the 77fn platform, except in the following cases:

• Direct losses caused by technical errors.
• Direct losses caused by negligence on the part of our staff.
• Unauthorised withdrawals from deposits resulting from vulnerabilities in our systems.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77fn is not liable for indirect, incidental or punitive damages.

The Bengali version of these Terms is the authoritative version. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version will take precedence.

13.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

13.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy together form the entire agreement between 77fn and the user, and supersede all previous oral or written agreements.

13.4 Waiver

Failure to enforce these Terms in any particular instance shall not be deemed a waiver of the right to enforce those or any other Terms in the future.
